For over 20 years, I’ve lived and breathed health and fitness. My journey began when, as a teenager, I struggled with my weight and self-esteem. I lost over 25 pounds by lifting weights and discovering the empowering impact of movement. Since then, I've made it my mission to help others, especially women, experience the joy that comes from fitness and taking control of their health. My focus isn't just about getting fit, it’s about feeling strong, confident, and healthy at any age. We all age, so let’s age well. I'm here to help you celebrate what your body can do and what it has already achieved.
As I’ve gotten older and navigated my own health challenges such as perimenopause, hormonal imbalances, and stress management, I’ve realized that true wellness is more than just physical fitness. It’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. This understanding led me to become a Level 2 Certified Integrative Health Practitioner. My practice now focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues, whether it's hormone imbalances, gut health , or chronic stress.
Balancing work, health, and family life is something I’m deeply familiar with. I’ve been married for over 20 years, and as a mom of three, I understand the challenges of fitting self-care into a busy schedule.
